Getting the most out of Clipboard - A guide for parents
Updated: Jul 9
Throughout 2026, St Hilda's has been trialling a new platform called Clipboard to support the management of our extensive cocurricular program. Following a successful trial, we are excited to expand its use into our sports program for Term 3.
Instead of searching across multiple emails, notices and calendars, parents can access personalised schedules, receive important updates and stay informed about their daughter's commitments in one convenient place.
Here are 4 tips to getting started:
Clipboard can be accessed in two ways:
The Clipboard Portal: https://portal.clipboard.app/sthildasanglican The portal allows parents to see the full schedule of events and teams that their daughter might belong to.

Activity selections can also be completed through the Clipboard Portal. As new cocurricular activities become available throughout the year, parents will be notified and, where applicable, registrations or activity selections can be completed directly within the Activity Selection section of Clipboard. An overview of your daughter's Teams and Groups can also be viewed via the Clipboard Portal.

The St Hilda's App now displays the calendar view of your daughter's activities. Just open the app and tap either: Sport or Other Cocurricular and tap Schedule. You'll now have the option to see start times, notes and even a map of a particluar event.

You can add the Clipboard Cocurricular calendar to your own calendar. Open the Portal on your phone and tap Add to Calendar. This will present a calendar URL that you can add to your own calendar on iPhone, Outlook or Google.

Only the Clipboard Portal can be used for activity selections. You can save a link to Clipboard Portal to your iPhone's home screen:
Open your safari web browser and go to: https://portal.clipboard.app/sthildasanglican
Tap your browser menu icon (in the case of Apple, the symbol is a square with an arrow pointing up inside it)
Select Add to Home Screen. You'll then be able to enter a name for the shortcut and add it to your home screen.
Now the Clipboard Portal will show up just like any other app on your phone, easily accessible from anywhere!
